Valentine's Day Writing Extravaganza

Feb 09 | Valentine's Day Writing Extravaganza

Valentine's Day is this Sunday and what better time than now to help your child learn to use expressive language.  Use this time to sit with your child and create hand made Valentine's for those special people in your life. Send the grandparents a card with 50 different things that the kids love about them. Write a poem using all five senses about a special Valentine. However you celebrate this day, use it as a learning moment to expand your child's vocabulary and get them to use words that create a picture of their love for their special Valentine.
