I had this idea. For anyone that knows me they have heard me say, “Hey, I want to create a fun comic strip series that represents the joyful experiences of learning.” I want to share stories that are uplifting. Real stories that the community of parents, teachers and students can relate to and connect with. I want to create characters that become part of the fabric that uplifts our day. And with that message those that surround me had an expression much like a question mark that asked….. Why?

Long story short; Timmy’s Tutor was born out of my genuine interest in sharing joyful learning situations with the world. I have a personal desire to leave each reader with a chuckle in their heart, a smile on their face and a sense of hope for the children that will inherit our planet.

My hope is that Timmy’s Tutor will impact our global community…. Yes, each child, family, teacher, community, (local and international), in such a way that we impact our universe in general.

Yes! One day…. Timmy’s Tutor efforts will initiate impact on our world. Maybe, just maybe, our efforts will impact the depths of our oceans or reach to the outer reaches of the universe. Imagine, connecting a student to learning in such a way that alters their path on the direction of personal growth and yes, ultimate success. That thing called a “ripple effect”… one life touches another life…. And before you know it the next generation is prepared to take on the responsibilities that this generation will pass onto them. And that generation will do an outstanding job. Keeping our planet safe, healthy and a happy place to inhabit and share….
