Is There Help for ADHD?

Treatment begins with awareness.
Although ADHD is currently the most commonly diagnosed childhood behavioral disorder (affecting an estimated three to five percent of children), ADHD is far more common among adults than people generally recognize. * Medication
* Behavior modification therapy (including coaching and talk therapy)
* Combination therapy (medication and behavior modification therapy)
