McKinney ISD has on their website a back to school guide available to all parents to download and view. It is a great resource for you to have to get familiar with McKinney ISD. Some examples of important dates that are listed is curriculum nights for all schools in McKinney. Elementary curriculum night is on Tuesday September 15th, middle school Thursday September 17th, and high school is Monday September 14th. It also has an overview of programs that are offered through the McKinney ISD. For example, there is information about the schools REACH program and the benefits that are available to students in McKinney ISD.

McKinney ISD also has an informational TV channel available on Time Warner cable and also available on the website www.mckinneyisd.net. There are many great programs that they have put on the TV that can help you stay up to date on the important things going on in the McKinney ISD this school year.

They also have a school calendar that has all the school days as well as grade reporting dates so you know when the grading periods end. It is a great back to school guide that will help parents know what is coming up and what great programs are offered by McKinney ISD. Be sure to check it out!!

Meet David Pulsipher | Manager

David Pulsipher graduated from California State University Northridge with a BA in mathematics with an emphasis in secondary education. Following his dream inspired by a high school coach, he began his career in California teaching math and coaching basketball. After migrating to Texas, David began at Creative Tutors as a tutor and now is area manager of McKinney. He loves seeing the successes achieved by the students with their hard work and determination to succeed. He is a proud father of five children who keep him very busy. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball and cheering for his favorite teams.
