• High Energy/Excitement – our owners have boundless energy, determination, and exuberance when spreading the word about the value of in home tutoring.

• Business Acumen – as with any other business opportunity our owners must have a certain amount of business acumen. While a degree in business in not required or necessarily desired, our owners must have a good working knowledge of good business practices.

• Secure Personal Finances – we have found that no owner can be successful unless  their personal finances are secure. This is not to say that our owners must be independently wealthy but that they have sufficient resources to support their families during the Grand Opening and Start-Up periods.
